Please remember that we cannot combine orders or add items to any orders.

Don't forget that we have a 1-3 day processing time (and we are closed on weekends). That means if you place your order on Saturday, it MAY not leave our warehouse until Wednesday.

If you need your package mailed immediately there is the EXPRESS MAIL shipping option. Place your order before 1PM Pacific Time to have your package mailed out that business day.

Our Guarantee To You

At Beaducation.com we have tried and tested every product that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items for a full refund with 30 days of purchase. Please see our Returns section below for further details on returning merchandise.

Order Status

To check the status of your order log on to your account. Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Locate the order in the PREVIOUS ORDERS list. You will see the status of your order. If your order says PROCESSING (and has not yet shipped) you cannot add any items to your order. Once any order has begun PROCESSING you cannot combine this order in a package with any other order either. If an order says SHIPPED, that means that it has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. After order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes a confirmation number. To track your order at any time go to USPS.com and enter the confirmation number in the track and confirm box on the right side of the screen.

For International Shipments

After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Orders that are shipping Express will have a USPS tracking number. Orders shipping Priority and First Class will have a USPS label receipt number. To receive information on shipments go to USPS.com and enter the tracking number or receipt label number in the track and confirm box on the right side of the screen.

Orders are processed 1-3 business days after order is placed and payment is received (not including weekends and holidays). To calculate order arrival add the processing time and shipping time to estimate the approximate arrival date. Free Shipping Offer

Domestic Shipping Options

Beaducation ships all packages via USPS. All orders include a Delivery Confirmation. Approximate transit times are posted after each shipping option. This quote does not include 1-3 day processing time in our warehouse.

All orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Method Estimated Shipping Time Notes
Express Mail (1-2 business days) The fastest delivery option available. Please note that this is not guaranteed overnight delivery.
Priority Mail (2-3 business days) Charges are calculated by weight and distance of shipment.
First Class Mail (2-5 business days) Orders that weigh 13 oz or under.
Medium Priority Flat Rate Mail (2-3 business days) $11.50 to ship anywhere in the US. If your order does not fit in the Medium Flat Rate Priority box, we will contact you to collect additional shipping charges.

General guidelines to remember when choosing a shipping method:

  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in Redwood City, CA. Shipping costs and transit times increase as orders head to the Midwest and East Coast.
  • The shopping cart will calculate shipping cost for you. You may change the shipping option as many times as you wish to receive a quote before finalizing your order.
  • All transit times quoted are approximate. For exact tracking of your order, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number.
  • Shipping cost that is quoted is for the combined charge of shipping and handling.

International Shipping

We DO ship Internationally via USPS Express, Priority or First Class. These options and prices will be quoted during checkout process. For a shipping quote, place order and proceed to checkout. Shipping cost will be calculated before any payment information is entered. The customer is solely responsible for any duty charges and we do not undervalue shipment on customs forms.

Priority Mail (7-11 business days) Charges are calculated by weight and distance of shipment.
First Class Mail (Minimum of 20 business days) Orders that weigh 4 lbs. or under. Use this option for shipments that are not time sensitive.
Please note the processing and transit times quoted in your checkout process DO NOT include any extra time created by any customs inspection that may occur. This delay may be applied randomly and is beyond our control. Beaducation is not responsible and cannot supply information for any customs/duty charges on orders.

When shipping Internationally, if the billing address is a domestic address and the shipping address is an international address, packages will be delayed for your protection. We will not ship these packages until have we have received verification from the credit card company of the buyer.

If Express shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified by email with the option to ship Priority.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or if any items are found to be damaged, you may make a return within 30 days of purchase. Please click here to download the Product Return Form (PDF) Failure to return items without a return form attached may cause a delay in processing your refund. Send the completed form along with your returned merchandise. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Failure to do so may affect your final refund. CLOSEOUT ITEMS and chain by the inch are final sale. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please return items in a secure, padded envelope. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. Beaducation is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.

Nervous about shopping online? All online transactions at Beaducation.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. Wish List FAQ

Purchasing items from a wish list: In the wish list view, there is a button next to each item that allows you to "ADD TO CART". When you add the item to your cart from your wish list, you are taken to the cart where you can adjust the quantity (by default only 1 is added). The item will remain in your wish list for future reference until you remove it. This is a handy way to keep track of and quickly find items that you order regularly.

It still shows up on my wish list:Items will remain in your wish list for future reference until you personally remove it. *Unlike a gift registry, if someone (including you) purchased an item from your wish list, the item and quantity desired does not change on your wish list.

Finding a friend's wish list: Click on the Wish List link at the top of the website. If you are not already logged in, it will take you to the log in screen where you will need to sign in or create a user profile. Go back to the Wish List page and click on the link Find a friend's wish list and enter your friend's name and/or email address
