At Beaducation.com we have tried and tested every product that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items for a full refund with 30 days of purchase. Please see our Returns section below for further details on returning merchandise.
To check the status of your order log on to your account. Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Locate the order in the PREVIOUS ORDERS list. You will see the status of your order. If your order says PROCESSING (and has not yet shipped) you cannot add any items to your order. Once any order has begun PROCESSING you cannot combine this order in a package with any other order either. If an order says SHIPPED, that means that it has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. After order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes a confirmation number. To track your order at any time go to USPS.com and enter the confirmation number in the track and confirm box on the right side of the screen.
For International Shipments
After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Orders that are shipping Express will have a USPS tracking number. Orders shipping Priority and First Class will have a USPS label receipt number. To receive information on shipments go to USPS.com and enter the tracking number or receipt label number in the track and confirm box on the right side of the screen.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed 1-3 business days after order is placed and payment is received (not including weekends and holidays). To calculate order arrival add the processing time and shipping time to estimate the approximate arrival date.
Domestic Shipping Options
Beaducation ships all packages via USPS. All orders include a Delivery Confirmation. Approximate transit times are posted after each shipping option. This quote does not include 1-3 day processing time in our warehouse.
All orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.
General guidelines to remember when choosing a shipping method:
When shipping Internationally, if the billing address is a domestic address and the shipping address is an international address, packages will be delayed for your protection. We will not ship these packages until have we have received verification from the credit card company of the buyer.
If you are not satisfied with your order or if any items are found to be damaged, you may make a return within 30 days of purchase. Please click here to download the Product Return Form (PDF). Failure to return items without a return form attached may cause a delay in processing your refund. Send the completed form along with your returned merchandise. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Failure to do so may affect your final refund. We do not refund shipping costs.
Please return items in a secure, padded envelope. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. Beaducation is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.

An SSL Certificate establishes a private communication channel enabling encryption of the data during transmission. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Our customers can be assured that they can shop safely and securely with us online. We never see your private credit card information and do not keep any cards "on file". Purchasing items from a wish list: In the wish list view, there is a button next to each item that allows you to "ADD TO CART". When you add the item to your cart from your wish list, you are taken to the cart where you can adjust the quantity (by default only 1 is added). The item will remain in your wish list for future reference until you remove it. This is a handy way to keep track of and quickly find items that you order regularly.
It still shows up on my wish list:Items will remain in your wish list for future reference until you personally remove it. *Unlike a gift registry, if someone (including you) purchased an item from your wish list, the item and quantity desired does not change on your wish list.
Finding a friend's wish list: Click on the Wish List link at the top of the website. If you are not already logged in, it will take you to the log in screen where you will need to sign in or create a user profile. Go back to the Wish List page and click on the link Find a friend's wish list and enter your friend's name and/or email address
