Our Guarantee To You

At Beaducation.com we have tried and tested every product that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items for a full refund with 30 days of purchase. Please see our Returns section below for further details on returning merchandise.

Order Status

To check the status of your order log on to your account. Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Locate the order in the PREVIOUS ORDERS list. You will see the status of your order. If an order says SHIPPED, that means that it has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. After order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes a confirmation number. To track your order at any time go to USPS.com and enter the confirmation number in the track and confirm box on the right side of the screen.

For International Shipments

After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Orders that are shipping Express will have a USPS tracking number. Orders shipping Priority and First Class will have a USPS label receipt number. To receive information on shipments go to USPS.com and enter the tracking number or receipt label number in the track and confirm box on the right side of the screen.

Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed 1-3 business days after order is placed and payment is received (not including weekends and holidays). To calculate order arrival add the processing time and shipping time to estimate the approximate arrival date.

Domestic Shipping Options

Beaducation ships all packages via USPS. All orders include a Delivery Confirmation. Approximate transit times are posted after each shipping option. This quote does not include 1-3 day processing time in our warehouse.

All orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Method Shipping Time Notes Express Mail (1-2 days) The fastest delivery option available. Please note that this is not guaranteed overnight delivery. Priority Mail (2-3 days) Charges are calculated by weight and distance of shipment. First Class Mail (3-10 days) Orders that weigh 13 oz or under. Medium Priority Flat Rate Mail (2-3 days) $11.50 to ship anywhere in the US. If your order does not fit in the Medium Flat Rate Priority box, we will contact you to collect additional shipping charges. Parcel Post (3-10 days) Only for extremely heavy and large items as the shipping charges are less costly for that type of shipment.

General guidelines to remember when choosing a shipping method:

• All products are shipped from our warehouse in San Carlos, CA. Shipping costs and transit times increase as orders head to the Midwest and East Coast.
• The shopping cart will calculate shipping cost for you. You may change the shipping option as many times as you wish to receive a quote before finalizing your order.
• All transit times quoted are approximate. For exact tracking of your order, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number.
• Shipping cost that is quoted is for the combined charge of shipping and handling.

International Shipping

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or if any items are found to be damaged, you may make a return within 30 days of purchase. Please click here to download the Product Return Form (PDF). Failure to return items without a return form attached may cause a delay in processing your refund. Send the completed form along with your returned merchandise. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Failure to do so may affect your final refund. We do not refund shipping costs.

Please return items in a secure, padded envelope. For extra protection, you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. Beaducation is not responsible for orders damaged or lost in transit.

Bulk Items

We offer bulk discounts on certain items. You do not need a resale certificate for these price breaks, they are automatically reflected in the checkout process. The price breaks can be viewed on each product page of qualifying products. If you need an item in larger quantities, please contact our inventory department at kriss@beaducation.com.

Blanks and charms sold in bulk quantities must be returned intact to qualify for a refund. We do not issue refunds on merchandise returned with less than the quantity on the original invoice. Please note that not all items are offered in bulk quantities.

Wholesale Inquiries

California residents with a valid resale certificate will be exempt from paying tax on qualifying orders totaling $45 or more. We do not refund tax on tools or kits.

• Beads and Bead Mixes

Tax will not be refunded if your order of qualifying products is under $45. To qualify, fax your resale license to 650-472-8967, or email a scanned copy to orders@beaducation.com. Each time you place an order put a note in the comments section requesting a tax refund. We will not process your refund without that note. Your tax will be refunded after your order is placed. All orders shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged tax.

Secure Online Ordering

Nervous about shopping online? All online transactions at Beaducation.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. An SSL Certificate establishes a private communication channel enabling encryption of the data during transmission. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Our customers can be assured that they can shop safely and securely with us online. We never see your private credit card information and do not keep any cards "on file".
