Not to worry! The REWARD credit is still in your account. You can verify the reward is still there and find the code by clicking My Account at the top of the page and then click Rewards. It is ready to use now or on a  future order. 

Using Rewards is a two step process. 

1. Convert points into a store credit gift card code.

2. Apply the store credit gift card code to your order. When checking out (*not on the shopping cart page)  there will be a box for "Gift card or discount code."

Our shopping cart calculates your shipping cost based on the weight of the items in your cart and your location. Place the items in your cart and click the "Check Out' button.  When you enter the shipping address the options, delivery time frames and costs will be displayed.  You can change your selection or address as many times as you like prior to completing the purchase. Learn more about Domestic Shipping and International Shipping. For orders $45+ shipping within the US, a Free Shipping option will be available. This is standard shipping. If your order is urgent, you will want to choose the appropriate shipping option for your needs. Exclusions to free shipping include any JAX products, hypocement, and epoxy. International customers, we don't want to leave you out. If your order is $45+ and you leave a note in the comments box at checkout for $4 off shippng we will process a $4 refund.

We did some major website updates in Spring 2021 and migrated over to a new shopping cart platform. We were able to move over all your account info and all your order history, rewards, favorites are here waiting for you. For security reasons, we were not able to migrate over your password. So you will need to reset your password.

Click the Forgot Password link. Enter the email that you use to log in to your Beaducation account. A password reset email will be sent to that email address. If you don't see the password reset email, check your spam/junk folder or do a search in your inbox for "password."  If you run into any issues, contact customer service (cs@beaducation.com) and we will help ya out :)

When we have a sale or promotion and you see "*Some restrictions apply", that means there will be some items either not included in the sale or at a different discount rate. For example, the disc cutters will only ever be available at a small discount percentage. NEW PRODUCTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SALES - unless the sale is to introduce them. And some stamps will not be on sale, such as the 7mm Beaducation Letter Stamp Sets, because they are always 25% discounted when purchased as a set. Also some specific brands of stamps.
