Design Stamps are a bit tricky. I highly recommend you practice on some cheap metal before diving into your Sterling Silver or Gold Filled. Click here to purchase a piece of sheet to practice on.
For best results with Design Stamps, make sure there is NO padding under your Bench Block with the exception of a Sandbag, make sure you are working on a stable table, and use a hammer which weighs at least 16 ounces. We recommed a Brass Head Mallet. Feel free to hit the stamp more than once, but hold the stamp steady, making sure you don't shift at all between hits. The more confident you are with the hammer and the strength behind it, the better your impression will be.

I don't love it. Doesn't make a good impression at all, despite hitting it solidly with a heavier hammer. Very faint. I wouldn't recommend this one. Sorry.
I found it fairly easy to work with but the impression isn't as clear as I'd like. Wish it were a little bit bigger.
Hard to tell what this is when stamped. Will keep looking for a crown.
This stamp is very cute, but like the others have said, you really have to take many heavy swings at it get an impression. It's also difficult to keep a steady hand on it because the part you hold onto is very skinny and round. The shape is perfect for a design that I do repeatedly, so I will continue to use it, but I'm crossing my fingers for a better version in the future.
