Design Stamps are a bit tricky. I highly recommend you practice on some cheap metal before diving into your Sterling Silver or Gold Filled. Click here to purchase a piece of copper sheet for practicing.
For best results with Design Stamps, make sure there is NO padding under your Bench Block, make sure you are working on a stable table, and use a hammer which weighs at least 16 ounces. We recommed a Brass Head Mallet. Feel free to hit the stamp more than once, but hold the stamp steady, making sure you don't shift at all between hits. The more confident you are with the hammer and the strength behind it, the better your impression will be.

This is such a sweet stamp. I have to say I purchased it for purely sentimental reasons. My kids love to eat strawberries and this year we are even trying to grow them, so I thought it would be fun to incorporate this into jewelry. The stamp has great detail and stamps very well. It's a great filler stamp, too, because it's not too big. I love using this stamp with the Beaducation curved branch and the small flower.
Bought this as a friend has a business that uses a strawberry in her logo. Made her a customized necklace and it was well worth it! Crisp impression, though not sure what I'll use it for beyond that planned piece. I'm sure inspiration will strike eventually. :)
This is such a cute little stamp that stamps clearly, though sometimes a little lightly, so a good hard whack is definitely needed even though it's a small stamp. Perfect for food theme items (lol, duh), as well as incorporating and blending in with floral designs (^v^)
I bought this at the same time I bought the butterfly and it is ok, but not as nice as the butterfly. It seems a little large to fit in with the nature stamps. It doesn't make as clear an impression as the butterfly, and you need to be careful to get a deep enough impression. The detail is good tho
