Brilliant and so lovely! Excellent video. . . Note to the website Master: The main picture of the pendant is not what she actually makes, but no big deal really because I would have watched it anyway. Thank you so very much for sharing your wonderful talent. Aloha, :)

Superb class demonstrating soldering in steps using various hard and medium solders and how and when to use. She is a great teacher and gives plenty of useful tips and techniques to further enhance your skills. I've also enjoyed the various different shapes possible to use in making a pronged pendant. I will definitely be trying to incorporate this into my repertoire.

I really appreciated how clearly she went thru each step. I loved learning new tricks like removing burrs using the pin vise. I'm a collector of random bits so this provides a great solution for setting these awkward finds into really nice settings. This class teaches so many little tricks that your brain instantly starts buzzing with ways to apply what you've learned. Very versatile methods allowing for a wide spectrum of uses.
The prongs are basically heading, which I love playing with and creating different versions of. So that step alone allows for a lot of potential decorative choices. I thought about copper headpins which can have red ends, flattened ends, etc. Every step allows for different tweaks. Different bails, prongs metals, patterns, patinas. The variety of options are endless.
Great class! It certainly has me looking around my workshop and metal scraps in a different way!
Thank you!
Btw. That soft of a wire brush was amazing, I actually haven't ever seen one so soft!
