I learned so much from this video. It was clear and addressed all my questions about how to stamp. I loved the little tips on how to center and make the impressions stand out. I did purchase Lisa's book before I knew this site existed so I have written as well as video references to fall back on. I am in my 70's and just found a new and fun hobby to get me through the winter.
Thank you, Lisa.

This was by far the best stamping instructional video I have seen. I am new to metal stamping and I was a little intimidated by it, however Lisa has allowed me to breathe and have fun with metal stamping. I will be starting Christmas gifts. Thanks Lisa awesome job.

Have always wanted to know the technique as I am a fellow jewelry maker, got tired of making jewelry and wanted to more with our kids! I'm on edge about selling my fings and beads...very good at doing a demo like this.

I really enjoy Lisa's teaching style and the personality she presents in her videos. No more scrubbing through exhaustive YouTube videos to find that 20 seconds of info: Beaducation's videos are organized in a smart, practical manner. I just found your site, but I'll be revisiting.

Another great tip I use when planning a design, is to trace the shape of your blank on a sheet of paper, and then with a inked stamp pad, press your stamp and position on the blank that you drew out.
When you're ready to actually start stamping, just wipe the blank ink off of the stamp, but I find not necessary.
I do this at night when it's quite and I can't do any hammering. Lots of fun and helps me plan out my design.

IMHO, Lisa is one of the best teachers on the 'net. She's articulate, gets to the point, easy to understand what she's trying to say, explains the technology/science of things (not just the techniques), and gives tons of handy little tips along the way (such as the piece of business card stuck into the metal punch as a buffer - brilliant!). I can't wait to start implementing these techniques with all my new beaducation stamps and blanks. Thanks so much!
