European made nickel mandrel (3/32") is used to mount sanding paper. Slide sanding paper into the split to secure.  Now the wheel is mounted and ready for use in the Foredom Flex Shaft or the Flex Shaft.

Sanding paper not included.  This can be found at any hardware or paint supply store.
