Let's rivet with Nail Head Rivets!
Solid Nail Head Rivets are fantastic for riveting with one of our riveting hammers.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Stamp out your design and/or words.
- Punch all holes. Using 1.25 for rivet holes and 1.8 for jumpring.
- Place top blanks onto base blanks and mark holes with sharpie onto the base blanks. Use those marks as a guide to punch holes.
- Rivet. Be sure to watch the product video for tips and tricks.
- Oxidize and Polish.
- Add jump ring.
Simple Riveted Pendants
Rivets are so versatile. Here are two examples of layering blanks and connecting them using nail or round head rivets.
Notice how we used the rivet as the dolphins eye!
Use rivets as part of your design. Once you start you can't stop.

- Perfect Penmanship Uppercase Letter Stamp Set 5/64" (2mm) - Used on cowgirl pendant.
- Beaducation Kismet Uppercase Letter Stamp Set (2mm) - Used on dolphin pendant.
- Star Design Stamp - 1/8" (3.2mm)
- Hibiscus Flower Design Stamp-Beaducation Original
- Asterisk Design Stamp - 1/16" (1.6mm)
- Metal Hole Punch Pliers, Long Jaw 1.5mm hole - Used to create the hole for the rivets.
- Small Files, Set of 6 - The hole for the rivet needs to be a tad bigger than the hole created by the 1.25mm hole punch pliers. Slowly file the opening bigger to fit the rivet.
- Xuron Maxi Shear Flush Cutter - Used to cut the excess off of the rivet.
