Spiro Pendant with Lisa Niven Kelly (All Levels)

Create this beautiful pendant inspired by the spirograph and string art from days gone by. Start with a sterling blank and create notched weaves, which will entrap and support your choice of Swarovski crystal rivoli using wire. Don't be intimidated - it is easier than it looks! The materials kit is included in the class fee. Students will be asked to bring a small variety of tools to class.

Rivet It with Lisa Niven Kelly & Aisha Formanski (Beginner Level)

Join pieces of metal together with nail head and wire rivets. Using this fun and easy cold connection technique, students will create a triple flower pendant and a riveted tab ring. The class also involves cutting, filing and shaping metal. The materials kit is included in the class fee. Students will be asked to bring a small variety of tools to class.

Introduction to Soldering with Joe and Anat Silvera (Beginner Level)

Students will learn several basic soldering techniques as they make three projects during class: a sterling silver ring, earrings, and a mixed metal charm. This class includes soldering jump rings, recycling scraps into parts for custom findings, and more. You will love the new skills you acquire! Joe and Anat provide patient, hands-on support as he teaches with tools and supplies that are home-friendly, accessible and affordable so that you can continue soldering on your own. The materials kit is included in the class fee. Students will be asked to bring a small variety of tools to class.

Metalworking Workshop with Lisa Niven Kelly & Aisha Formanski (Beginner Level)

In this all day workshop you'll stamp, cut, rivet, patina, shape and solder to create a one-of-a-kind leather bracelet. Spend the day learning tips and tricks that will leave you feeling inspired and ready to create more truly personalized pieces of jewelry. The materials kit is included in the class fee. Students will be asked to bring a small variety of tools to class.
Lisa Niven Kelly opened her first teaching studio in 2005 after teaching in classrooms all over the United States. The inventory Lisa was stocking and selling on her website and in her classes literally took over her teaching space, so she shifted gears. She began teaching online video classes, reaching more people than ever before. This allowed her to expand her offering of jewelry making tools and supplies in kind. In 2007, Beaducation was born! After five years of growth and changes, Beaducation has the space needed to return Lisa to her roots: teaching and hosting live classes!
Beaducation Headquarters is located in Redwood City, California. We are a hop, skip and a jump south of San Francisco.
