1. Do you ship Internationally?
You bet! To figure out what your shipping cost will be, create an account and add items to your cart. Before you enter your Credit Card info, the Shoppe will assess your shipping costs. We ship USPS Global Priority and USPS First Class. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any extra time your order may be delayed in customs. The customer is solely responsible for any duty charges and we do not undervalue shipment on customs forms.

2. What sort of payments do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept personal or cashiers checks. Our system is extremely secure and we run our Credit Cards through Authorize.net which is one of the most used and most secure processing websites available. Please make sure that the billing address for your credit card is entered properly when you order, or your card may be declined and you will be locked out of the system for about 15 minutes. If this happens, correct any errors to the address and resubmit your order.

3. Do you offer price breaks on blanks over 40 pieces?
Yes. On the website you can find price breaks on stamping blanks for up to 40 units. If you wish to order a larger amount, please email us with the quantity, and the exact blank you would like to purchase. We will quote a price for you. The order must be prepaid and takes 2-3 weeks to complete. All special order sales are final.

4. I am having trouble logging in...help!
Typically if you are having trouble logging in, it is a problem with the password. Type in the email associated with your account and hit "forgot password", type in your email again and hit "submit". The system will send you a new password. If it takes a while, just wait, do not hit "forgot password" again. If you hit it again, you will most likely use the first password sent to you when in fact the system will now only recognize the last one sent to you. Once you receive your new password, it works best to copy and paste it into the password box. Hopefully this will do the trick and you will be able to log in. Now go to "my account" (top right side of screen) and change your password. If this doesn't work, there might be a problem with your email. Email us at info@beaducation.com and we will look into it. Please read the next FAQ for more login info.

5. I'm getting your newsletter, but the system doesn't seem to recognize my address. What's up?
The newsletter system and the classes and shopping cart system aren't really hooked together. Folks that add themselves to the newsletter list by following the "mailing list" link don't necessarily have an account at beaducation.com. However, if you've created an account on our shopping cart page, then you're in the system. If you're not sure, hit the "my account" link at the top, and try to change the password for your email address. If it can't find the address, it'll tell you.

8. Do I have to purchase a kit with the class?
Kits are available for most classes and are sold on the website. These kits are an optional purchase. A comprehensive materials list is provided so that students can check what supplies they might already have. The kits include the materials needed to complete a project. We also sell some components of the kits just in case you already have some of the items and do not want to purchase the whole kit. To view the kits or materials available for a specific class, click on the Online Classes and Kits category in our Shoppe. Kits and materials will be listed in that classes sub-category.

18. My video seems to be loading slowly and pausing as it plays. How can I fix this?
If you have a slow connection or are taking classes from overseas, after you click to start your class and the classroom pops up, click on the pause button and let it load for 3-10 minutes. After the step has fully loaded, it will run seamlessly. Then you can watch that step over and over again with no jumpiness or pauses. You may have to do that for every step, but again, after doing it once, the step will play smoothly as many times as you need.

19. My video gets "stuck" at the same spot all the time.
It's possible that your browser has cached a broken image of the video for that step. Try clearing your browser cache, and then restarting the class. Look here for instructions on clearing your cache.

20. What is your policy on selling or teaching the things that I learn from your online classes?
The goal of our classes is to inspire you and take your jewelry making to the next level. The User Agreement and reminders at the beginning of paid classes state that you are welcome to replicate the designs for resale. The exception to this rule is Laura McCabe, who respectfully asks that you do not replicate her designs for resale. If you sell a design created by one of our instructors, it is ethical to credit that artist for the original design.

We kindly ask that you do not copy and distribute our instructions or teach any designs learned directly from us.

So...YES, make it, sell it and make gobs of money! Wear it and brag that YOU MADE it, and be proud of your work. But please do not teach the designs you learn on our site.
